· Late 19th century Queen Anne Victorian with beautiful turrets. The house and its turrets are an architectural gem of NY State.
· The exterior of the house painted by a professional Washington County Painting Company in October 2006
· The woodwork throughout the house is the very rare walnut wood and oak. The walnut is simply a treasure to have.
· There are two staircases: a ‘servants’ staircase off the breakfast-dining room and the main staircase off the grand foyer. The main staircase steps were carpeted in 2007.
· There is a cellar where there is a washer and a dryer. The cellar makes for a great wine cellar, too, with access from the outside and a staircase off the breakfast-dining area.
· Beautiful pocket doors are throughout the first floor.
· The house is located in the heart of the Village.
